How to view messages in html

Whenever I open a message in microsoft windows mail (example special car
rental offers from Budget and Alamo) I am unable to view it in html (The
message appears as a bunch of url links and unformatted text i.e. text that
should be in a table are listed as a bulleted list).

The only way to view it in html is to click the Tools menu and select
"Message in HTML alt + shift + H". I was wondering how I could set the defaul
so that all messages are view in HTML so I don't have to go through the tools
menu everytime.
( I use Windows Vista if that makes a difference).

Hi MikeN,

Click Tools/Options/Read tab, uncheck the line to read all messages in plain
text. Then, on the security tab, uncheck the line to block images and
external content in html mail.
