view messenger history

how do i read my messenger history eben though i closed the conversation
window already?

do you have the option of enabling contact history checked? if so go to the
my recieved files folder and click on history. then click on your address
which will be the fiest part of your address with numbers beside it. is this
what you are meaning?

Just to add, assuming you have the history function enabled, you can open up the main contact
list, right-click a contact, choose View and then Message History.

If the function wasn't on, you don't have another application which saves your conversation
history (like Messenger Plus) and you've closed the window without saving it yourself, the
conversation is gone.
