"View this person's contact card"

Hey guys, hope this question is a positive contribution to the discussion
group.

What I'd like to know, are the circumstances causing this message to be
displayed, "We can't get to this space right now. Please try again later."
when I view someones contact card.

ie. When I select the green icon beside a particular user's name, I see that
exact message, rather than the usual MSN Space section with Pictures,
Profile, and Contact Info links.

It has been this way for some time, and I'm not quite sure why...
