On View "Text Size" not an option

On WLM home page have 7 options to pick File, Edit, View, Go, Tools,
Actions and Help. When clicking on View , and going down to Text Size , this
option is NA to me. Is this feature not applicable to WLM?

You need a message showing in the Reading pane for Text Size to be active.

If you have Tools, Options, Read, Read All messages in plain text
selected, the option enabled option there is Fixed.

For a quick workaround for the current message, press ALT+Shift+H

Or holding down Ctrl while using mouse scroll wheel still works.
