how to view updates?

using xp home sp1, cable modem, new dell desktop purchased 4-2004. is there
a way to view what updates were installed thru windows auto update?

On the WU Site there is an option to View Installation History

to copy, select list. use manual keyboard ctrl+c, because you can't right click mouse copy
