How to "VIEW AS WEB PAGE" in VISTA EXPLORER ?

Explorer in W98 had a button "View as Web Page".
Explorer in XP hided it per default.
But it coud be switched on in the registry.
How to "VIEW AS WEB PAGE" in VISTA EXPLORER ?
Some people say it has been gone forever:-(
Is there any 3rd party s/w that does it?
