Greetings,
You can just open up the XML file in Internet Explorer (or any modern web browser). There's
an XSL which does all the formatting for you.
You can also open it up using other applications which support some degree of XML parsing,
like Excel 2003 or later. However, Excel doesn't handle it too well (performance wise) so
it's not as good as just using a browser.
