Viewing Newsgroup Binary Files-decoding

Under XP and the old Outlook Express, I could select all the parts of a
multipart media file, select "Combine and Decode" and then click the
combined file and view the file without saving it to my hard drive. Now
under Vista and using Windows Mail as the viewer, I can combine and decode
but when I click on the combined file, you can not view the file. There must
be a setting somewhere that needs to be turned on. Does anybody know where
it is?

Try Options, Security, there's one there for "do not allow attachment..."
that might need to be unchecked.

I unchecked it but it doesn't make any difference.
