Lets say i create a new folder on my computer running Vista 64bit Business, i
must refresh the view manually by clicking View, Refresh. Why doesn't this
happen automatically? How can i get this to happen automatically?

This is really annouying.

You can also hit F5 to refresh.

Just the way it is!
