The damn thing locked my PC, supper double wide screened. What a piece of

At this rate SP9 is for me. Virtual PC, call VMWare....

VMWare Server requires IIS, PoS serving Admin access since inception,
something like wsftp. Not all of use want down that hole.

But I do agree, so far VMWare Workstation seems best. But Vista is unstable
like a crack whore. SP1 did solve some performance issues and some network
issues, but too little to late comes to mind. Now I know why they call it
glass, it breaks easy.

you dont think you need IIS

I remember installing it on XP pro. but I did not install the optional IIS
from XP pro on it

Sever works just like vmware desktop just that you use it via a console
thing and it doesnt support snapshots

there is a new 2.0 free beta out.. ill have to try that too. it will be free
after the beta ends of course too.
