Virtual PC Update failes

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x80070643: Security Update for Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 and Microsoft
Virtual 2004, Service Pack 1 (KB937986).

and stays on the queue, how do I get rid of it?
