Virtual PC update not installed. Error 0x12

I'm having problems installing this update for service pack 1. It always
tries over and over but will not work. Had the error code 0x12.

Look in Documents and Settings\<YourUserAccount>\Local Settings\Temp
for the KB937986.log
Go to Start > Run > type in [or copy&paste the below]

%userprofile%\local settings\temp

Click OK or press Enter
Copy & paste the contents of said log into your reply, please.
