Virtual Server Vs. Virtual Pc.

Good morning

Please, I need your help because I'm Oracle DBA, and I have a Laptop with
Windows Vista Ultimate, in this momen, i whant create test environments in my
machine, with another OS, but I dont know what software use, if it´s better
use Virtual Pc or Virtual Server, Really i'm not clear about differences
between both tools.

Please could you advising me on this item?

I personally don't like Virtual Servers web interface, so I would most
likely go with Virtual PC 2007.

There is also a Windows Applet to see the System Windows. The differences
are rather in the fonctions.
You can build a Virtual disk with any of them and then use any of them.

Remember there is also a free VMWare player, and free "Virtual box" as
choice.

I would start with Virtual PC 2007 as it is the most easy to setup. Virtual
server can be managed from any browser.

I never tested any of them under Vista (I use XP as host).
