Virtual store doesn't work after moving users folder

Recently I moved users folder and created symlink C:\Users -> D:\Users.
Everything works flawlessly, except virtual store. It just behaves like
virtual store was disabled, older applications write directly to Program
Files. Does anyone know solution for this problem?
