That folder path is being created by the program you are using, not the
operating system. I don't know anything about that particular bit of
software, so I cannot really assist you with any of its particulars. You
should speak with the program's own support area.

Thanks, I know about the usage of temp internet folders etc but it was
MS's pop up message that asked the Q.
I looked through my C drive and found....
C:\Users\Jay\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Tempo rary Internet Files
\Virtualized\C\Users\Jay\Desktop
I don't have Adobe Acrobat I have a product called PDF Complete.
