Virus freezes right-click functions & background wallpaper

Hi All
I was surfing net one day while one of the funny or virus program got
installed onto my PC without my knowing. The virus freezes the PC's function
to right click on any item from display screen and does not allow me to
change my wallpaper background.

There's this red background "SPYWARE" advertisement also popped up as my
desktop background. Please help to see how I could get rid of the. My
anti-virus software kept prompting me upon starting that "AdClicker-CD" is
detected and deleted.
