Vista 32 bit + YPOPS

I have uninstalled completely YPOPS ver 0.8.8. And have installed
YPOPS 0.9.5.1.

For some reason YPOPS will not run. I get a windows message that tells
me that the programme is not running. In addition, the YPOPS icon on
the desktop will not start the programme.

Any idea what might be wrong.

I find nothing on their web pages that says it is compatible with Windows
Mail.
