Vista 32 Blue Screen Crashes

I get a blue screen with the following information, on a regular basis (at
least twice daily). It occurs during computer use and also when coimputer is
idle. Can anyone help please?

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Bad sectors on the HD? I had similar in Windows NT and it was the HD.
