I have fell version of Windows 7 64 I want to install on my Vista
32 PC.

Is finding 64 bit drivers all I have to be concerned about?

What are the other pitfalls I need to be aware of?

The fact that you cannot do an "upgrade"
only a new install

I am doing a new install and not an upgrade. Wasn't as clear as I
should have been in my original post.
