Well, it doesn't seem PF is used for thumbnails, as, even with 4
pictures only in my Pictures folder, Explorer needs a few seconds to
display a thumbnail... on a P4 2.8GHz HT with 2GB of RAM.
Vista may just not be optimized yet on its RAM hunger
