No, Microsoft said that because the implementation is unique to each PC
manufacturer, UEFI require that the Windows Team do a lot of testing, which
would not have been possible between now and the release of Vista. You will
see the first implementation of UEFI in Windows codenamed Longhorn Server,
expected to be released sometime in 2007.
