Vista 64 Bit Boot Failure

After successfully installing Windows Vista 64 Bit, the OS needed to
reboot however my LCD screen remains in standby.

I have reset the BIOS but still the PC powers on without showing
anything through my LCD screen.

The problem must lie with my graphics card as any other problem would
at least get me to the bios.

Problem is with Vista being new and not many people installing 64 bit I
can´t seem to get any help from XFX on this matter.

If anyone has any ideas of how to get to bios I can probably resolve it
from there
