Hi all,
Sp1 upgrade showed up in my Windows Update. So, I backed up an image and had
it install sp1. Every thing was good. No errors no problem, but took around
28 minutes to boot back up. But still not problems, except the following:

When starting an application, or IE 7 (32) and once in a while right after
booting up. I get the following balloon warning with an ! mark.

"Windows Write Protect Error"
"Exception Processing Message 0xc00000G2"
"0x000007FEFD677240" or I will get
"0x000007FEFC57240"

This just shows up on any application, any microsoft software, plus IE7 when
starting the programs.

This started within 5 minutes of the SP1 upgrade. Plus system is noticable
running slower, about 50% to 60% slower, I now have to wait for an
application to finish something before I get the keyboad back and that never
happened before upgrade.

Any help with what is wrong and how to fix it? Duo Intels, 4GB Memory,
disks are about 35% full.

Thanks
Rox

I would get rid of SP1 if that happened to me.
