Vista Admin Account and Napster

I have a strange problem going on with my computer.

Napster only allows the administrator in Vista to utilize thei
service, not standard users. I am listed as the Administrator/passwor
protected and the UAC is off but I cannot access the service no matte
what I've tried with this account

I enabled my built in administrator account, logged in as administrato
and could access Napster fine (Running program as administrator fro
user account did not work
I created a new user and Napster worked fin

When I copied everything but the NTUSER information to the new user,
couldn't access it from the new user

Any suggestions? I really need all of the files and settings fo
programs

Nobody has a suggestion on ANYTHING at all that may be causing this
