Vista Aero Bug Discovered in Windows Update

I have been sitting here for 4 days trying to work out whats been turning off
my Aero. Its when Windows Vista makes a update the Aero will get turned off.
I believe this is something that needs to be fixed by the Microsoft Team. I
am on Build 5600 RC1 at the moment but i believe the final vista has already
got one of these updates applied which is stopping the Aero from being
applied.

here is the updates which got installed today. I did a System Restore to get
the Aero back then Disabled windows update.

maybe someone here knows which one of these updates is disabling the aero.

This driver was provided by ATI Technologies Inc. for support of "RADEON
X800 GT (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) "

Definition Update for BETA Windows Mail Junk E-mail and Phishing Filter
(KB925697) [October 2006]

This update provides the Junk E-mail and Phishing Filter in Windows Mail
with a more current definition of the e-mail messages that should be
considered junk e-mail or phishing e-mail.

Its one of these which is effecting Aero. I believe the WDDM ATI Driver is
already installed in Vista Home Premium OEM? im getting that in the morning
so im yet to find out.

Did you happen to visit the video manufacturer directly to see if there is a
more current driver update that may not have the issue you are experiencing?
I still (even with Vista) would not recommend getting drivers from Microsoft
unless it is a Microsoft product.

The Ati AMD Team are being lazy at the moment they have not answered my
question for 3 days. they did release a Cataliyst Update Build today but no
driver update.

Also could you tell me if anything is installed in Windows Vista Premium x64
OEM which would make the Aero Theme be disabled.
