Vista Aero eyecandy / changes in browsers

I just installed PaintSHop Pro 9 under Vista. It seems that certain
webpages are now looking different and stange before installation. Some
body in the Corel PSP9 newsgroup said something about Vista Aero
eyecandy being turned to basic while PSP9 runs. I have no idea what
Aero eye candy is or how to get my browsers to return to displaying
websites back to the way they were before.

ANy help is appreciated.
