Vista analyze disk

I've installed PerfectDisk for defragmentation and have unchecked run on a
schedule on the Vista Disk Defragmenter.
When I restart or do a cold boot the Vista Disk Defragmenter runs an
analysis of the disk this takes typically about 10 mins and is unnecessary
and bothersome as I have a third party product that performs this function at
4:00 AM.
I would like to disable the analysis of the disk, can this be done?
