If your system is rebooting, it's almost certainly either a software or
hardware problem.

Anything showing up in the event logs?

I would boot the system in Safe Mode and see if it reboots. If not, then
you have a software/driver problem.

There's no way for any of us to know the answer since we don't have any
information from you. The first thing to do is to stop the automatic
rebooting so you can get a Stop Error (white writing on a blue screen,
AKA "The Blue Screen of Death" - BSOD). You change the automatic
rebooting in Vista like this:

Go to Control Panel, double-click the System applet, then click the
"Advanced Settings" link on the left. Give the UAC prompt permission to
continue and the System Properties box will appear. Click on the
Settings button in the "Start Up and Recovery" section. Then uncheck the
box next to "Automatically restart" in the "System failure" section.
Click "OK" twice and close out of the Control Panel.

Note: If you don't use the Classic View of the Control Panel, you will
click the "System and Maintenance" link, then the "System" link, which
will get you to the "Advanced Settings" link as described above. (Now
you see why I like the Classic View for the Control Panel.)

Now that you've done that, you should get a BSOD. Write down the Stop
Error and look it up here:

That link will also show you what part of the Stop Error we need to know
if you have to come back with another post because you didn't understand
what you found at the AumHa website above.

Most blue screen errors are also written to the event log, so you might look
there for the code. :-)
