Vista and DVD Ripping

I am running Windows Vista RC1 and the DVD ripper that I was using no longer
works. I need a program that will let me rip separate episodes off of my
DVDs of TV shows and convert them to DivX so I can put them on my laptop.

Any suggestions?

You can try free dvd ripper freeware.
