vista and exchange tools

hi everybody,
i recently set up exchange tools on vista ultimate 32 bits using the
exchange dll.
since that, i can do every exchange tasks on my MMC but eveytime i create a
new mailbox or quit the MMC, this MMC crashes with an error about
exchmem.dll error.
i didn t find any solution yet.
maybe someone could help me?

It's possible you need MSXML4 SP2. I would download the updated GPMC.
