What is know about compatibility of documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
created in PC Vista with same in Mac systems.....

No problem here. Word 03 and 07 in Windows produce docs that can be
read in Word 04 for Mac or NeoOffice. Same thing if you do it the
other way around.

Actually on the Mac there is even a compatiblity checker which kicks
off when you go to save a document.

I believe there is an MS newsgroup for the Mac Office and you could also
check on the site below for tips, forums, etc.
