I just bought my notebook & Zune 2 weeks ago. My PC has Vista Home Premium on
it. When I download music to my Zune library or my Windows Media Player
library it won't play. I get just an error message w/no instructions what to
do. Both the Zune player & WMP work fine on my desktop which runs on Windows
XP. Does anyone have an idea what the issue is? By the way, I'm returning
the Zune and buying an iPod. The Zune is too problematic and the customer
service is subpar. If I could return the noteback I would and get one
operating on XP or get a Mac. Anyway, how do I fix my playback problem?
