When I create custom 13"x19" paper size in server properties that will
allow my Epson Photo 1280 to print the full page - the print preview only
shows approx. a third of the page and that's exactly what the printer prints.
There's gotta be a way to work around this, but I haven't found it...
hopefully, someone out here has and will be willing to share a solution.

Those capabilities you mention are provided by the printer drivers -
which are written by the printer mftr. (Epson). Go to Epson's website
for your specific model printer and download the latest drivers for
Vista. Install per their instructions. If there are no newer printer
drivers (or only the basic ones that came with Vista - also written by
Epson), then contact Epson tech support to see if they plan on writing
newer drivers.

Thanks, Malke!
I'll give that a try.
