It just what it says, it's the drivers that control the wireless on your
notebook, you can get the latest driver from
www.realtek.com.tw

*Realtek servers can be very slow sometimes
I have a few Realtek drivers on my HP notebook, it's no big deal, if you
download the latest driver and install, it should clear up your issue.
