Just wanted to know: if I take a Ghost Image of a Vista Home Premium
machine with Symantec Ghost 10, can I put that Image back then without
a problem? What about licensing / activation etc...? If I put a ghost
image of a registered and acticvated OS back, do I have a registered
and activated Vista Home Premium then?

Not with Ghost 10, it does not support Vista. You need a few versions up,
version 14 I believe.

No if you put it on the same machine you will be alright no problem but you
can not restore it on another computer that would be against the strict
license. So if you put it on the same computer without any major changes to
your computer you should be alright not sure what you really meant by this
question.

What part of "put that Image back" did you have a problem
understanding? OH... and I don't see any hint that the OP wants to
use the image on a different computer.
