That's a bit strange; but I'm suspecting you have some variety of a Daylight
Saving anomaly.
For example, the Default User Profile have Daylight Saving turned on (so
time displays correctly at logon screen), and your own user profile may have
daylight saving turned off (so shows one hour out, once you log in to your
own Profile).
Also, have the Dayight Saving updates installed Central US Time was changed
in the update of August 2007, I think. You might want to make sure you have
the latest and greatest DayLight Saving Update installed:
