Vista and updates

I have Vista Home Edition and get an error message #80245003 when trying to
run Windows updates. Also, I'm having some problems getting Norton Internet
Security's Auto-Protect to come on when online. Can anyone help?

Please disable Norton when attempting to run Windows Updates.
