Vista and wirless internet won't connect,help.

Hi. I purchased a new laptop which is operating on VISTA x64 yesterda
and haven't been able to get it to connect to the wireless lan networ
at home. My previous laptop and the PC connect without any problems. Th
vista laptop sees the wireless network and I have added it's MAC to th
router but when I try and connect, a error message says to reset m
router which I have already done. I suspect that the router is denyin
access to the vista laptop despite me having added it as a reservatio
address. Does anyone know a way around this problem (laymans term
please, I'm not terribly technical) :cry

3 things to try.
1. Check for latest Firmware for your router to make it vista compatible.
2. Install latest Network Adaptor Drivers in your Laptop.
3. In Network Connection>Properties> unbind TCP/IPv6(sometimes it is a
problem with some ISPs).

Update the drivers, that helped me when i had this proble
type in cmd ip config and put the ip address in your internet browse
check your router seting
