Vista antispyware 2010

Can some one tell me where to find information on getting "Vista Antispyware
2010" off my computer? I don't know how I got this problem but I am having
trouble finding a way to remove it and it is driving me crazy. I have trend
micro internet security pro but it didn't seem to pick it up.

I need help badly!!!

Malwarebytes might be worth a try:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

A Google search for:
"Vista Antispyware 2010"
will turn up many sites that offer
removal instructions.
