This is the information that you send to Microsoft where the OS developers
can use their internal bugcheck files to decipher the message, but it
doesn't help us lowly earth creatures very much. <g>
You need to go to the Event Viewer and get the information for this crash
and post it here.
Go to Start and type: event and press Enter. In the Event Viewer,
expand Windows Logs and then click Applications. On the right side, look
for any Error messages with a Red Icon.
Double click the error message and check to see that it is from the same
source (ie: Explorer.exe). At the bottom of that dialog box, click the Copy
Button and paste the results in a reply to this post.
