Hi, I have a problem with my windows backgrounds. I've searched
everywhere, but I can't find any reference to this problem. If anyone
can help me out, I'd be very appreciative, it's not a huge issue, but
it's been bugging me for a month or two now.
For some reason, Vista seems to think my desktop background should
begin above the screen. The actual desktop is fine, my icons and program
windows behave properly, but when I try to center a background image, it
centers about 100 pixels above the screen center.
I've attached images, the first is the full image I just set as my
background (as a test), it is exactly the same height and width as my
desktop. The second image is how it appears on my desktop, you can see,
the top is cut off, and it doesn't reach the bottom of the screen.
Does anyone know what might be going on here? Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated, I've tried everything I can think to do. It does
this same thing no matter what the I set the screen resolution to.
