I have always backed up on to drives, one using Vistas Files & Folders and
the other using Vistas Complete PC Backup. Today I experienced a problem
that caused me to reinstall Windows Vista. I was confident all critical
documents were safely backed up. After re-installing Vista and attempting to
restore my documents I see that Vista does not recognize the backup. What am
I doing wrong, how do I recover the backed up files? Regards, Gary
