Hi

1. I installed Vista once but then deleted it and installed it again. I now
have two lines for windows vista selection at the startup. How can I get rid
of one line? I was able to do this in boot.ini in xp but not sure where to
do it in vista.

2. Is there a built-in way burn a bootable DVD from ISO image? My Nero 6
stopped working since upgrading to vista.

Thanks

Regards

Type 'msconfig' into the run box leaving aside the parentheses, then select
the 'boot' tab..

For an ISO image burner, go to ..

Download VistaBootPRO a free utility and modify your boot set-up to suit
your needs.

NERO 6 does not work in Vista. You must update to NERO 7.

And the free upgrade path for Nero Express 6 bundled with new DVD
writer stock is...?

I've just got a S-ATA DVD writer that wasn't around last month, and it
ships with the same build of Nero Express 6 as the IDE DVD writers
that I sourced last month.

Two different drive brands, all after Vista went RTM in November 2006
and retail in end January 2007.

You can use magiciso to burn iso file to dvd. It is a quite good iso
burner.
