Let me ask just one question...
Do you have a cordless mouse or keyboard installed on the computer?
Sometimes when the system is sitting, the radio sensor can pick up something
stray and it causes it to wake the computer. I noticed you said you had it
sleeping, now I'm not sure if this still works when it is in sleep, but I
think the mouse or keyboard can wake some computers when they are sleeping.
I'm not positive this is the problem, but it is an idea!
