Vista beta freezes on install

I've just downloaded the beta, but in the install, when i try to enter my
product key and press 'next', the installation freezes and i have to end the
task. I think there may be some problem with connecting to the internet as an
error message came up saying this when i tried to check for updates, (though
i am connected) so that might be related. Any suggestions?

I am having the EXACT same problem. I am using Daemon Tools to install Vista
on a partition and it freezes RIGHT AFTER, I put my validation key in.

I had to uninstall Daemon tools before Vista would even start the upgrade.
Said the RAID driver wasn't compatible. Not sure if that has anything to do
with your problem. I'm having the completing upgrade hang myself...

Similar issue here. I could enter the product key and go next. On my new
harddrive, it provides me the options of creating and formatting a new
partition or install directly on the unpartitioned space. I've tried both
options and it hanged/ freezed.

I have this very problem too.

Im installing vista via the iso image directly, so there is no bad c;opy,
the hash is OK, what the hell.??????
