Vista - blue screen with BAD_POOL_CALLER error

Sometimes when I get up my laptop with Vista from hibernate state I get a
blue screen with BAD_POOL_CALLER error message.
I have searched information about this error in network but I didn't find
anything special (many discussing says that in general it is problem with
driver(-s)).
How to check source of the problem (I try to analyze mini dump file but I
don't get any suggestion).
