Hi,
Have you tried last known good configuration?
As to reinstalling, go into the BIOS and alter the boot order so the optical
drive is ahead of the hard drive. If that still fails to allow the
installation to begin, remove all bootable devices from the list except the
optical drive until the first reboot.
