Since your new HP laptop is likely under warranty, it would be best to
contact HP support for troubleshooting assistance:

Hey You piece of **** - You could have said to call HP Support and kept the
other comments to yourself, but since you have your head placed firmly up
your ass, you probably don't know any better.

Better call Ringmaster and you can get together for some EGO lessons.

Hi,

As it's new, I agree with Paul and Carey that you need to use HP's support.
The error code indicates that this a driver issue with your x64
installation, but exactly which one is not indicated. But, you should not be
wasting time troubleshooting a new system as this should never occur. There
is a potential as well that it may be BIOS-related, or faulty memory. The
former may require a flash, and the latter would require having one or both
sticks replaced.
