vista boot error

I am receiving the following error when booting:

NTLDR is missing

I purchased the Home Premium Edition of Vista online using
the digital locker download option so I do not have the CD to boot
up with to repair it. I have a laptop I can use---however
how do I create a boot cd of Vista to use to repair my primary
pc?

You download the image file.......then use Nero to make a bootable from the
image.

all I have from the digital locker download are WIM files....can I create a
Vista boot cd from these?
