Thanks. I apparently know nothing about changing security levels, because
even as super admin (net ueser ... /active:yes) I am unable to rename the
current winload.exe.mui . Can you give me a clue? I've been successful
changing other things - more of a non-system nature. I am sole user on my
computer and normally log in with my admin logon (not super admin).
